Amazon Cloud Music Player – Just Another Streaming Music Service Available For USA Consumers – ONLY |
| The Amazon Cloud Music Player is great for consumers in the US, but what about the rest of the world? As with almost all of the best music player services available out there on the web at the moment, if you live outside the US, and you have patiently been waiting for the launch of the new Amazon Cloud Music Player, you had better look for an alternative service if you want to stream your favorite tunes because unless you are using a trusted, US based VPN service, you will not be able to enjoy the Amazon Cloud Player. That’s not to say that using a VPN or proxy service to access the Amazon Cloud Music Player is legal…or is it?? Amazon is the newest player in the streaming music on-demand arena with its cloud based streaming music service offering users a choice of two ways to use the service; the Android app or the desktop web player. So if you are in the United States it’s all good news because another cloud based streaming music service adding to the competition will surely help to drive subscription prices down for subscribers to MOG and Pandora (just to name a couple). Of course this won’t happen over night, but it’s a good to know that the competition is beefing up. As for those who live outside of the US, I’m afraid your choices are still limited i.e. Grooveshark or Dubli Entertainment. Yes there are ways to access the streaming music services in the US such as VPN providers but there is a big question mark as to whether it is legal or… . |
