Our latest collection of Kindle cases have been on the market for a little while now and we are very pleased with the positive reaction that they have had. Lots of people have told us that they are loving our latest covers and the design changes that we have made seem to be unanimously popular among Kindle lovers everywhere.
Now that the reviews have started to come in it’s our job to look at them on a regular basis because that is the best way that we know of to keep our finger on the pulse so to speak.
Customer reviews can speak volumes about a product, just listen to some of these:
"A great product - does exactly what you want - looks good too."
"It fits my Kindle perfectly and the colour’s wonderful."
"I like thet you can fold the cover right back on itself and clip it in place with the magnetic clasp."
"I’m delighted with this cover."
"I’d already brought one in black so knew that the quality was superb and happy to recommend to others."
"They fit snugly and securely and the quality is well above what I would expect for the price!"
"Well made and everything that I wanted a cover to be. Highly recommended."

Whilst reviews like these make us especially happy there is also a more serious side to them. If you take the time and care to read through any quantity of them it can be invaluable to a manufacturer such as ourselves. It allows us to pick up on what features customers are finding really useful and if there are any niggles you’ll be sure to find people pointing them out in the reviews.
This kind of information is pure gold because it gives us valuable feedback about how we can make our products better. All we have to do is feed these comments back into the design process and we can make small but important changes that let our products evolve into what our customers really want.
In fact this process is so important to us we made a short video about it which you can find at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dryInLlKkk. It’s what we call customer refined design. I hope that you’ll agree, there’s no better way to do it.
