Why You Must Take Control with Women |
Observing behavior and actions and not theory has shown us time and time again that as soon as a man gives up the control that he "should have," a woman sees this as a sign of weakness and becomes dissatisfied with his performance in filling the "man's role." Women respond favorably to the man taking control of a situation, from which movie to go see to sexual encounters. They want the door held, the wine opened, the evening planned, and the car driven. They want traditional male/female roles fulfilled. They are happiest in every phase of a relationship when they feel a high level of power and security coming from men leading the situation.
Does this mean a man should become a tyrant in order to control a relationship? No. Filling the man's role can be done in many subtle ways which often amounts to no more than awareness of the situation, making the decisions, and expending the energy to take the lead. In the next chapter on "your image" and throughout the book, you will learn exactly what we mean by "power and leadership" and how to fill the man's role.

 Bagi Anda yang sering searching di Internet dengan menggunakan keyword "software CRM" atau keyword sejenis lainnya, Anda mungkin akan sering menemukan kata-kata seperti "on-demand CRM" dan juga "on-premise CRM", disamping jargon-jargon CRM lain tentunya, seperti Operational CRM, Analytical CRM, dan Sales Force Automation, dan sebagainya.
Jika Anda masih kurang begitu paham pengertian dan perbedaan dari on-demand CRM dan on-premise CRM, berikut akan saya coba jelaskan menurut pemahaman saya.
On-demand CRM
On-deman CRM adalah aplikasi CRM yang penggunaannya tidak perlu diinstal di komputer kantor Anda. Lalu, bagaimana cara pakai aplikasinya kalau tidak ada software yang diinstal?
Aplikasinya terdapat di server si penyedia layanan CRM itu sendiri. Jadi, untuk menggunakan aplikasi CRM tersebut, Anda cukup pergi ke website mereka, lalu login, dan setelah login baru Anda dapat menggunakan software on-demand CRM tersebut. Tidak perlu instal software apapun di kantor atau perusahaan Anda.
Inilah yang dimaksud dengan on-demand CRM, yang sering juga disebut dengan hosted CRM, atau SaaS (Software as a Service) CRM.
On-Premise CRM
On-Premise CRM adalah software CRM yang diinstal di komputer perusahaan Anda, bukan terletak di server si vendor penyedia CRM tersebut.
Anda butuh software CRM, kemudian Anda memanggil salah satu vendor CRM, kemudian (jika deal) vendor CRM tersebut akan meng-instalasi software tersebut di tempat Anda plus training dan maintenance. Vinno CRM sendiri saat ini termasuk kategori on-premise CRM.

Question:
Hi, I am writing to you because I have a dilemma, and I was wondering what your opinion is on this matter. I got married to a wonderful man 2 years ago and our marriage is great. However, I sometimes feel like I am also married to his parents. We live in the same city as his parents and they are always showing up unexpectedly, expecting us to drop what we’re doing and spend time with them any time they want to. They are retired, we are not. So our spare time is a little more precious and sometimes we just want to spend time just the two of us. But every weekend, they think it’s time to get together. I just want to have one weekend to ourselves, without having to go on a trip in order to avoid his parents. I have told my husband about my issues with this, but he just can’t seem to stand up to his parents. Should I tell his parents how I feel? I need some space. I married my husband, not his parents.

Dear Troubled,
First off, let me tell you that when you marry someone, you marry everything about them. Some people’s parents are not overbearing. They know how to give their children space. Some people don’t have a relationship with their parents at all. You married a guy who has a strong relationship with his parents, and it may be hard to break that strong bond. That being said, you do need to stand up for yourself if you are having a problem with someone. You can do this while still being respectful. It is important that they understand how you feel and why you are requesting some space from them. Tell them that before they come over, they need to call. You are busy people, and you don’t always have time to drop what you’re doing. You need to plan ahead in order to spend time with them. You also need to spend some time alone together without the parents. Request that you have lunch or dinner with them once a month, instead of every weekend. Make sure they know that you “Love” spending time with them. It’s just that you don’t have enough time, being that you both work full time. The main thing is that you need to be honest and respectful. They should respect that you need space, but you also need to allow them to remain in their son’s life. It would be nice if your husband could be the go-between as these are his parents, but if he’s too afraid to stand up to his parents, you may just have to do it yourself. Best of Blessings, Lisha |

The Colts decided to end their run with Peyton Manning. It was emotional. It was depressing. Both parties moving on after a painful ending to a 14 year marriage. But in the wings, there awaits a room full of beautiful women waiting to pounce on him!
I don't blame the Colts for making the decision that they did. In fact, from a business perspective, the timing couldn't be more perfect for the organization. Having the #1 draft pick in Andrew Luck is too sweet a deal to pass up. But poor Peyton. We feel bad that you just got replaced by the younger woman!
Mortality is a bitch! In fact, it sucks. Although his best years may be behind him, I still think he has a Super Bowl or two in him if he chooses the right team. If you were Peyton, where would you go? 12 teams have made their move to acquire him. 12!
18 has a home in Miami. He spends 3 to 4 months there already so it might be an easy move for the family and all. Plus Miami can be quite sexy, if the right package is presented.
