Chaos Awards Vol. 32 |
Greetings One and Everyone! Just before I get to the awards, I’m going to be doing my own audio commentary for TNA Sacrifice and WWE Over the Limit over the next two Sundays on my radio network. If you would like to listen or help out my radio network in anyway, please go to http://ultimatewrestlingradio.webs.com Onto Business! Best Match – Edge & Ted DiBiase vs. Randy Orton It was a good ending to Raw. Orton is becoming a face… by being the heel. That seems weird to understand doesn’t it? All he’s stopped doing is criticizing the fans. That’s it. Now he’s a face. He has the same attitude. The same look. The same gimmick, hair, apparel, move set, mic talk… everything is the same EXCEPT for him belittling the crowd. Is that all it takes? So if Jericho was to stop calling the crowd parasites and abortions… he’d be a face. Everyone started liking Orton because (Quotes from several emails that I’ve received) “I’m sick of seeing Cena at the top.” “We need someone like Orton at the top because he hasn’t been at the top as long as Cena has and noone likes Orton that much so we have to get behind Orton.” “Randy Orton doesn’t have the 5 moves of doom.” HE ALMOST KILLED VINCE MCMAHON!! He RKO’d Stephanie, made Triple H’s life hell, cried like a baby in the STF, called the WWE Universe insignificant when it came to Randy Orton… and you want to get behind him? Randy Orton has done nothing to change his character. People are just sick of seeing Cena at the top and want Orton to have his time. News flash: Orton won his first championship 7 months before Cena did. Randy Orton as a face in 2004 got more fan support than Cena did at the same time. RKO, Headlock Back/Neckbreaker across the back, signature Chinlock, DDT from the Ropes, Hard Uppercut |
